Sew sweet university 💕

As-salamu Alaikum ladies!! I tried this, but wasn’t to crazy about it because I was going for the tu tu material to be directly on the top of the shoulder and this is my second time trying this. So How do I get it to be on the top of the shoulder? I even use the little mannequin to pin it in place, on a mannequin its directly on the top of the shoulder, but once I sew it and try it on it’s not on the shoulder 😖😫
