As Salaamu Alaikumu, what fabrics are you ladies using for Burkiniβs. I hear the one that most use is very heavy once itβs wet. Is there any alternatives?

There is a store in Germantown Called Gaffneys fabric store . They have swimwear fabric . Not sure if itβs light or heavy . They also have a lot of ity fabrics for good prices.
As Salaamu Alaikumu, can anyone tell me how to attach these ruffles to achieve this look?
